Title: Sharecenter sync backup error

I am trying to do a 'first' backup and am getting a failed to write directory error. The folders are all written, but no files are written to the drive.  Everywhere I've searched says it's an easy process but I haven't been able to backup yet. Was there a solution to this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

In my experience, there was not time I became successful in backing up for the first time using "Manual" as the back up method. But when I set the time when it should backup, and start the back up manually, it was successful.

I guess the programmer made a logical error somewhere.
