Title: another problem with FTP

Hi all,

my dcs-2230 could not reach my external ftp server. But the dcs-2230 works fine with my internal ftp server on my NAS.

I'm testing now for days, but I can not find a solution. The screendump below shows the data which I've filled into the corresponding fields:

The password consists of 6 letters without special characters. The directory hg exists on the ftp server.

With various other FTP clients, I can easily access to the ftp server

I completely run out of ideas ...

Is there a way to check what problem the dcs-2230 has with the access?

Is there a ftp server somewhere with which I could test if my dcs-2230 could reach an external ftp server.

yes it works.

but that is now no longer interesting. The webcam is out of the way back to the dealer ....
