- What Hardware version is your DWL? Look at sticker under DWL.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on routers web page under status.
- What region are you located?
What software are you referring too? [/list]

Can you access the AP web page and then use Windows Connection Wizard to Connect to it?
What Windows platform are you using?

am using w7, cannot connect to the webpage

I would go back and do a factory reset on the DWL, you might need to set up a wired connection and put a static IP address ON the wired PC and see if you can connect to I believe is 192.168.0.50 for the DWL. It should be able to display the DWLs web page after the factory reset.
3rd Party Security Software Configurations
- Turn off all anti virus and firewall programs on PC while testing. 3rd party firewalls are not generally needed when using routers as they are effective on blocking malicious inbound traffic.
