Help!
I just reset one of my DCS932L, and now whenever I plug it the LAN cable the LED starts flashing red and green alternatively.
I have tried mutliple resets and different PCs and LAN cables... same issue.
Has anyone had that problem before?
Thanks,
Santhy.

When you refer to multiple resets, did you perform a hard reset by pressing and holding the recessed reset button (using a paperclip) for > 8 seconds? or did you reset from within the web UI?
Things to try:
(1) Reload firmware
(2) Reconfigure camera using the wizard application. Make sure you are using the latest Wizard application that's compatible with the firmware uploaded into the DCS-932L

Hi,
yes I was referring to hard resets.
But I cant do anything with the cam at the moment it is not visible at all.
The wizard doesnt detect it, so impossible to uodate firmware or perform any operations on the cam :-(

On one of my cameras, eight seconds was not sufficient. Try holding in the reset button for >30 seconds.

Thanks, I have pressed the reset button for more than 30s still no effect.
Light is flashing red and green as soon as I plug the LAN cable.

What equipment are you using?
Have you tried elsewhere, on a different network?
Is this a new camera that never worked? Or one that is headed for it's death?
Have you tried page 12? Creating a WPS connection?
http://www.dlink.com/-/media/Consumer_Products/DCS/DCS%20932L/Manuals/DCS_932L_Manual_v_1_EN_UK.pdf
page 14 says "red = camera offline", "green=camera online"

tried 2 different networks, the camera worked perfectly before, it just went dead after a hard reset.
