Title: Access my D-Link camera from outside (sometimes works, sometimes not!)

Hi,
I have a DCS-932L D-link camera that I configured to work in a LAN which router is a wireless TP-link, averything works perfectly in LAN, when I try to access to my public IP from outside (using TOR), sometimes I get the D-link camera interface, other times the TP-link router interface! I do not change anything in between. How to get permanently an access to the camera interface, and why do I get different results without changing anything?
