We have this camera installed in an assisted living facility for my wife's mother who has dementia. When we use my dlink live view, the picture is very small on the home pc screen. With Ipad or Iphone, the picture is larger. We used a laptop connected via wireless to their facility and then used an Ethernet cable from the laptop to the camera to configure the camera. We were not able to connect the camera to their router as described in the installation cd instructions, because of the physical location of the router to her room.. The installation was successful after 2 attempts, we finally disconnected the Ethernet cable and the install from cd was successful. We have tried 3 different pcs with the latest level of Java, version 7 update 21...all have the same small picture in my dlink live view.. Please help my wife... thanks, pappyd

How big is your home PC screen? :o
Mine is 15", and it looks fine.
What is "small"... are you wanting full screen?!!!
Login to the cameras f/w... or use the url's to get the .jpeg or .jpeg streams (mjpeg) at bigger resolutions.

Thanks for your reply....
I have a 23" monitor measured diagonally or 20" by 13". The picture I see is about 4" by 3". I forgot to mention it is in black and white.

I don't know how to do the above...can you please explain? Do I need the laptop to connect directly to the camera?
Thanks again...pappyd

If the image is displaying as B/W, then you have Night Mode enabled. Disabling Night Mode will change the image to color.
