- What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on routers web page under status.
- What region are you located?
Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
- What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
- What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?
1. I recommend that if this is a business office setting, remove the Torrent programs and dis-allow any Torrent downloading.
2. Might set up some QoS Rules and set those PCs who are doing a lot of downloading to a low priority, like 200 or 255:

3. Review Resources:
Torrent FAQ (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=53677.0)
4. You may want to use a Dynamic DNS service like DYNDNS or OPENDNS and use those to help regulate Torrent traffic.
