Morning chaps
I'm having a few issues with my 320 and Sonos set up - essentially when songs are playing, every third one or so will skip after a few seconds (which is becoming really irritating).
I've talked it through with the Sonos helpdesk, who claim that the problem isn't with their hardware or wi-fi (which I'm inclined to believe - when I play music from the hard drive of my laptop, it never skips, it's only from the NAS that the skipping occurs), and similarly I don't think it's the fault of my wi-fi, as songs and radio stream perfectly when they're not coming through the NAS.
Has anyone had any similar issues with a 320? Any ideas as to what might be the problem?
Thanks in advance

Have you tested it with a cable connection rather than WiFi? If so did you get the same results?

I've wired the 320 directly into my router (which didn't help) if that's what you mean?

That is part of it. I don't know your equipment and if it is possible to bypass the WiFi altogether.
I say that because we have encountered several WiFi problems at various clients premisses, usually office blocks with several WiFi access points on different networks all operating on the same channel. The results vary from network access being very slow to actual data loss during a backup.
I can't say if this is what you are seeing but the WiFi link would be my first suspect. If it is impossible to cut out the WiFi then get a wireless sniffer program and have a good look at all the wireless signals that your equipment is subjected to and if possible change to a channel that is unused or little used and then check results.
