Since many vendors use the SecurViewPro aka D-ViewCam, etc as their DVR solution, does anyone know who actually makes the D-ViewCam/SecurViewPro software?

Since the software is the same, does anyone know how to unlock the choice to chose other Vendor's cameras in the software?  Thanks in advance.
