I have a AT&T Uverse 3801HGV residential gateway. I'm running a LAN cable from the 3801HGV to a DIR-655 to expand my homes WIFI coverage. I recently purchased a Sonos speaker and bridge. I have the Sonos bridge LAN'd into the 3801HGV, and I want to be able to control the system while connected to the DIR-655. I was told, that in order to do this, I need to turn the DIR-655 into an access point. I've tried searching for previous threads on the topic, however I was unsuccessful. Could someone please point me in the right direction?
Thank you!!

Turning a router into an AP. (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=40856.0)

Thank you FurryNutz, those instructions worked. I can now see my Sonos device, which is plugged into the 3801HGV, via the AP.
One problem though... now I can't access the AP (dir-655) to enable the wifi. I changed the gateway IP to 192.168.0.50, as instructed. If it helps, the 3801HGV's IP is 192.168.1.254. Did I do something wrong??

Change the APs IP address from 192.168.0.50 to 192.168.1.50 so it's on the same IP address pool.
