Title: DCS-932L stuck in night mode when set to "auto"?
Post by: theboyk on July 19, 2013, 09:47:57 AM
Hello.

Anyone else have a problem where the DCS-932L always runs in night mode when set to "Auto" (day/night mode)? I have the camera located in a room with the lights turned up all the way (which is bright!) and yet it still remains in night vision mode? I've re-flashed the firmware, reset to defaults, etc. and the only way I can get it out of night mode is to manually set to "always day mode".

Any suggestions?

Did your DCS-932L always behave this way or is this something new?

Nope. Still not working. Did another factory reset as well. Assume a hardware malfunction.

Is your camera < 1 year old? If so, it should still be under warranty and eligible for an RMA.
