What browser and version are you using to upload the firmware?

using google chrome latest version
tried to upload firmware 2.03

Try using Firefox. I suspect that newer versions of IE may not work as the older firmware had some dependencies on older firmware. Chrome has always been somewhat problematic with the DNS-320 GUI functionality, especially in the older FW.
Post back after you've attempted the upload. . .

Download the firmware again, extract the file from the zip archive, and re-upload.
Where did you download the file from and what is the file name? What hardware version is your DNS-320? (see serial number sticker on the unit -- should say A1, B1, etc).

The firmware release notes indicate that that the latest FW is for hardware versions A1/A2. I don't see any updated firmware for B1 yet.

I'm making some inquiries to see if there is B1 compatible firmware. Also, since the B1 hardware is relatively new (compared to HW A1/A2), I'm curious if the B1 stock v1.00 firmware is the same as the A1/A2 stock 1.00 firmware in functionality or equivalent to something more recent. :-\ ??? :-\

So how do I get the latest software that the A1 version has from the firmware update? or can I use the DNS-320L firmware version. This model seems to be an intermediary between the DNS-320 A1 and the DNS-320L. Has the auto on and auto off feature, comes in an 320L enclosure but can't use the dlink cloud on it like a 320 A1.
