Title: DNS-320L shutdown without using the WebGUI

Hi

Is there a way to shutdown the DNS-320L without the webinterface?

Like with a shutdown batch file or an URL?

The URLs:

Restart the device: http://<device IP address>/cgi-bin/system_mgr.cgi?cmd=cgi_restart
Shutdown the device: http://<device IP address>/cgi-bin/system_mgr.cgi?cmd=cgi_shutdown

are only working wen logged in the DNS-320L Webinterface!

Sorry, but that was not what I'm looking.  ;)

I see, seems as if D-Link has plugged this vulnerability on 320L. Although, just checked, they still work on DNS-325, even with the latest 1.04 Beta firmware. Go figure.

you can install fun_plug and use a ssh shell

How can you shutdown the NAS with fun_plug? I can only reboot it...

/sbin/poweroff
mind that it wont follow standard /sbin/shutdown parameters, actually it wont get any parameter I can find, it will shut down your nas instantly.

shouldnt be needed on fun_plug 0.7, only 0.5 afaik
