Title: Mydlink.com/device
Post by: toocool on July 30, 2013, 12:03:56 PM
My camera works fine, I can access it via IP address and My Dlink Lite from my phone.  When I try to access it via D-Link web page it says Active X needed and mydlink function never loads.  I'm believe my version of active x is current.  I have had no response to two different request to D-Link. Suggestions?

Have you tried Java using Java on IE or Firefox?

When I access my device via dlink.com I get the page that says I need active x and I cant get past it.  I don't see an option to use java.

Try Firefox, which does not support ActiveX.

Also, the LIVE VIDEO page of the DCS-932L web UI has radio buttons for both ActiveX and Java. If Java is installed, that should work as an option (at least for test purposes).

Are you saying that the web UI LIVE VIDEO page with ActiveX selected using IE plays video without issue?

In IE select all programs, accessories, run, type in camera IP and it shows video using active x.

you need IE 32 bit running. 64 bit has issues

It worked well in the past.  Don't know what happened.

I don't have another PC.  Here is a link to what I get as soon as I log in to mydink.com.
