- On each router, the Performance version of StreamBoost recognizes over 100 applications. As part of the StreamBoost cloud service, there are many more application attribute files stored and the number is constantly growing. Part of the StreamBoost service is to be sure that the most current and popular sites are in your router at all times.
Also, there are generic classifications for applications that StreamBoost does not specifically detect. These generic classification rules will also yield great performance in the case that StreamBoost cannot detect the application down to the specific source or service.
