Title: Unable to register to mydlink.com

Dear all seniors, got this nas quite sometime ago, but haven really got down to installing it until today.

Managed to get everything in running order, but somehow, i jus can't seem to register it to mydlink.com for cloud access. During configuration the wizard cancels the procedure stating "unable to register mydlink service, please check your network configuration". Of course my internet connection works fine. I've even tried it on both mac and windows, but both shows the same problem.

Any advice from you guys?

I'm new to this but had the same problem - I assume you have done all the configuration stuff so the network see's the NAS, my problem was making sure the PORT 80 was opened on the router. I'm in the UK and it took a while to fine the work round to configure the BT HUB v3, but once that was done and the DNS was sorted away I went.
