Title: Dir - 636L
Post by: lauriem1966 on August 11, 2013, 02:42:23 PM
Hi,

Just installed this and don't think the wireless is actually working.  Ipad won't connect and the internet icon on the router is orange.  Not sure what I've done wrong.  It looks like I've done everything correct in setting up.

Thanks

What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8 or 9, set compatibility mode and test again.
Try turning off these features in Chrome:
Top right corner, little bars for options > Settings > Settings (on left) > Show advanced settings.
Uncheck these:
Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors
Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar
Predict network actions to improve page load performance
Enable phishing and malware protection
