Title: Guide to accessing files outside of my network?

I've forwarded my port on my router, but still unable to access my files when I'm not at home. An idiots guide would be great.

Have you also set up DynDNS service? Or how else do you know what IP address to connect to? (unless you've got a fixed-IP service from your ISP, of course)?
