Replaced my old DSL-2730 with a new 2750 today. My problem is while I have been able to set up the network for some reason it will not connect to the net. It is not my internet because I reconnected the 2730 and was still able to access the net on it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you run thru the setup wizard thats at 192.168.1.1?
I presume that you input your PPPoE user account information correctly?
What region are you located?
Ensure that your connected LAN PC's networking has been reset and is correctly connected to the new modem and can access the modems web page.

I ran the setup wizard and enter the correct user name and password.
I am in Australia.
My network is showing as being connected but am not getting any net access.
The light for the net on the router is flashing 5 to 6 times quickly then going out for a few seconds.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for level 2 or higher support. If your other Modem is working and this one isn't, then there could be a problem with the newer modem.

Thanks for your help Furry. Funnily enough I gave up on it last night went to bed and when I got up this morning it had connected. I disconnected then Ethernet cable to move my computer back where it should be and it dropped out and wouldn't reconnect. Just waiting now to see if it will reconnect.
