Title: FTP user not allowed

So i've upgraded to 1.02, reset everything, last night the ftp worked. today, i wake up and the ftp stopped working, i've tried enabling annoynmus ftp, or a user with a password, i've tried disabled FTP and re-enabling, i've also tried downgrading but the issue keeps repeating. it keeps saying User not allowed,

im using the browser to access the FTP and i've checked the router settings? any fixes? i've tried searching and google and no luck if  someone can point in me the right direction that would be awesome..
