Title: Dir-600 port forwarding problem ?
Post by: richsall on August 26, 2013, 12:39:57 PM
I am using SAM broadcaster on my laptop and cruising through winamp on my desktop to produce a radio show using a mixer board (works great). The music is heard consistently 192 kb @44,100 khertz. On my website I have a "request" feature that allows listeners to request music. When they select music they get an error "Unable to connect to 192.168.0.100:1221. Station might be offline, or connection is being blocked. (Err#: 803)". The website is up and playing ! I tried to port forward port 1221 on 192.168.0.100 but everything I tried doesn't seem to work. I added info to the firewall, etc. Please, any suggestions ? Thanks !!!

Welcome! (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=41537.0)

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations

Router and Wired Configurations
Some things to try: - Log into the routers web page at 192.168.0.1. Use IE, Opera or FF to manage the router.

I have no problems accessing other websites, receiving emails etc. Everything works fine except receiving song requests from my webpage. (www.wpsbradio.com/playing).

What happens if you put the device into the DIR-600s DMZ? Remove any PF rules.

If you set up any PF rules, besure to disable uPnP.
