Title: Question about upgrading the firmware
Post by: PJay on August 28, 2013, 03:35:12 PM
My DIR-825 had 2.00WW, then I upgraded to 2.09WWB04beta01 directly without problem.
But I read somewhere that 2.09 requires +2.05 and 2.05 requires -2.04
???

If it upgraded with out problems and it's working for you, I would not worry about it.

Thank you, seems I need to backup my settings and do a factory reset.

Factory reset is enough. Before and after sending the FW file.

I would phone contact D-Link support and ask about this and see what the behavior is.

If ACS enabled helps then leave it enabled I guess.

Good Luck.
