The former owners has it registered to his mydlink account. I have contacted him several times. He claims to of de-registered it. However whenever I try to add the device to my account it won't allow me too. Says registered to another.
What can i do?

While the DCS-932L is powered up, press and hold the recessed reset button on the rear of the unit using a paper clip for > 8 seconds. This procedure will reset the DCS-932L to the factory default settings. Next use the Wizard software to reconfigure and re-register the device.

I'm guessing he did. =D
