I posted this as a general question in the mydlink forum, but thought I'd ask the question here just the same: What response times are DCS-5010L (and perhaps DCS-5020L) owners observing using pan/tilt functionality on mydlink web and mobile apps?
I am seeing a 10-12 second delay using mydlink+ on an Android tablet and mydlink Lite on an iPhone.

Nothing as bad as that. Looks about the same as my network wired 5222l. 2-3 seconds or so over my 4glte WiFi hot spot.

It's starting to look like something is wrong with my unit. A factory reset may be in order. :-\ ???

I performed a factory reset last evening and the lag time (as well as other issues) went away. Response time is now down to 1-3 seconds or so.

Were the f/w pages slow also by chance?
Does it feel faster now too?

Local web UI (FW) feels the same, but remote performance is definitely more responsive and smoother.
