Title: Firewall rule seems not working
Post by: beppe1973 on September 23, 2013, 07:31:44 AM
I have a new DSR-500N; I would like to port forward my web server so that I can access it from outside my LAN. However, the port forwarding doesn't seem to be working.

The server has a static ip address on localnet and I set up the router to port forward all port 80 connections to that address. It didn't work, the server is accessible from inside the LAN but isn't accessible from outside; furthermore is accesible from inside the lan using IP public static address.

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations

Router and Wired Configurations
Some things to try: - Log into the routers web page at 192.168.0.1. Use IE, Opera or FF to manage the router.
