Speed test results using SB 6180, OSX 10.7.5, Safari, LAN wired to back of 810L:

Rates seen during actual testing:
-62
117Mb

Mixed ALL modes, Auto Chl Scan(36), WPA2/AES only!
5Ghz (N):

(http://www.speedtest.net/result/3021245746.png) (http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3021245746)
Rates seen on WiFi status in OSX maintained same values.

I noticed that on 1st initial speed test, speeds were only reaching half of the 50Mb reporting and never achieved 50Mb. Upon doing a 2nd test, download speeds achieved 50Mb results.

Only 135Mb WiFi connections rates are being seen on 5Ghz. Mac Book Pro supports 270~300Mb on 5Ghz (N).

Mixed ALL Modes, Auto Chl Scan(36), WPA2/AES only!
5Ghz (AC) Mac Book Pro LAN wired to back of bridged DIR-868L v1.04:
Conection rates reporting on 810L status:
0.0.0.0            802.11ac   433M   100%
192.168.0.190   802.11ac   351M   100% <LAN connected Mac Book Pro to DIR-868L
192.168.0.168   802.11ac   351M   100% <IP reserved on 810L router for DIR-868L.

I notice that on the .190 IP address connection, the AC rate drops from 351Mb to 175Mb during actual speed testing.

Had my roommate play XBL on BO2 connected to a bridged DIR-865L to the 5Ghz radio on the 810L (AC) mode.
Seems that the 5Ghz (AC) mode connections failed under load as he kept getting disconnected from the game and off XBL after playing for ~5 minutes in game. I eventually had to disable the 5Ghz radio on the 810L and connect up a DAP-1533 in AP mode to handle his gaming connection.

Noticed after a few games, our in game signals on both xboxes went from green to orange (2bar). Check that status on the 1533 and it was good. Mine was LAN wired to the back of the 810L. Gaming was not great. I have now removed the 810L from being the main router until someone can review this at D-Link.
