Title: dcs-942l cant get ip access from a wired pc connection

so the camera is set up wireless.
router sees the device 192.168.1.65
my pc no firewall no antivirus cause of this uninstalled to rule them out
my pc is a wired connection aswell as a wireless. not on at the same time

i can login to my camera @ 192.168.1.65 when my pc is on its wireless connection
but when im on my wired connection  it just times out and i for the life of me cant figure out why
