Title: Install mydlink - The wizard doesn't recognized the NAS
Post by: kaizer2302 on October 06, 2013, 09:15:07 AM
I try to install mydlink, but to register and install, I have to start the mydlink wizard. Unfortunately, the app doesn't recognized my NAS even when the unit is working properly in the net (I already check the firewall, antivirus and I can ping the unit and I can see the tree, but the wizard can't). I use to have the same problem with the wizard of the original CD (very similar or the same as the one I am trying to install "mydlink"), but with the original, after 2 or 3 refresh, I use to see the unit.

Any idea? How can I register in mydlink, I would like to access my NAS from my iPad.

Same problem for me... The NAS works properly, but the setup wizzard does not "see" it, therefore it is impossible to register the NAS with mydlink...

The DNS-320 is not supported by mydlink. The mydlink service only supports D-Link Cloud devices, which can be identified as having an "L" at the end of the product name (e.g. DNS-320L, DCS-932L, etc.).

You're right, I was actually talking about my DNS-320LW.
Sorry for the mistake, I did not realise I was in the DNS-320 forum. I am going to post my question in the DNS-320L forum :-)
