Hardware Version: 1A
Firmaware Version: 1.07 (forums is out of date it seems)

My modem/router is a TP-LINK TD-W8951ND
Hello, I'm having some problems to get DIR-505 to work. I used WPS to get the device configured, manual search, all the options given by the device. Everything works fine, no error. The thing is, the device does not seem to be able to connect to the internet at all.
EDIT: Another update. I can connect if I disable the wireless password :'(

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Try disabling WPS and use the SSID wireless name and PW that would be set under Setup/Wireless..Or use the wizard to set up the Repeater function and scan for the SSID your connecting to and input the PW for it.

That's what I was doing, but it was not working.
But today, I decided to plug the DIR-505 on the wall socket and it decided to work. I don't like that I don't know what the hell happened, but I'm glad the device is working now.

Could be bad power socket?
Glad it's working now.
Enjoy.
