Title: Cannot connect DCS-932L to myDlink Portal

I purchased and set up a Dlink DCS-932L camera.  I can see it on my network.  It sends e-mail to my account when it detects motion.  I cannot figure out how to add it to the myDlink portal so I can vew it on my Android phone and on the Internet.  The software included on the CD that came with the camera does not detect it.  I used the setup software I downloaded from the Internet to configure it. 

I've done a hard reset 3 times.  I still cannot find a way to add it to the myDlink portal.  All other functions work fine.

How do I add this to myDlink portal?

What firmware version is installed on the camera?
You can also download a newer version of the Wizard software (that came with the camera) here: mydlink.com/support (http://mydlink.com/support)

Firmware version is 1.06.  I downloaded the latest setup wizard.  There's no screen in that software that allows me to connect the camera to the myDlink portal.

Not sure what you mean by "no screein. . . that allows me to connect the camera...".  The software Wizard contains a step that enables you to register the camera with mydlink. Once registered, you can access/connect to mydlink from the mydlink.com website. Did the software prompt you to register? I recently used the currently posted Wizard to successfully re-register my DCS-932L with mydlink using FW v1.06.

I must have downloaded something else.  I now have the latest copy of the setup wizard software.  But the problem is that it cannot even find the camera to configure it.  It says "No cloud camera was found." But I can open a web browser and type in the IP address of the camera and access it without a problem.

After disabling the Windows Firewall and restarting the camera, I was finally able to connect to it and get it registered with the myDlink portal.

I can view it with my Android phone and the myDlink app, but I cannot view it on any computer.  The "Connecting to your DCS-932L" emblem continues to spin, and then it times out and says "Unable to access your DCS-932L."  I tried 2 computers connected to 2 different networks.
