I have question about adding torrents to my NAT device "DNS-320".
Right now I can connect to it from my home PC by typing address 192.168.1.172 ... when I accees trough that, I can manage everything, including function to add torrents to be downloaded. Now I would like to ask, how can I connect to my DNS-320 from anywhere, so I can add torrents on it aswell.

What you need is remote access via WAN (ie. Internet) from anywhere, try doing a search as this has been discussed many times before.

Before anything, it's better to assign a static IP to your NAS (or add a DHCP reservation in your router's DHCP settings). The address assigned automatically via DHCP can change in time, and you don't want that.
In order to access your router from internet, you have to forward port 443 (if you use https; if not, forward port 80) in your router administration interface to the IP address/reservation defined above. After that, you'll be able to access the administration interface using your external (public) IP.
Good luck :)
