Title: DAP-2310 : connection active but no internet

Hello strange problem here (from France, so sorry for my english) :

i've a school with the modem-router DSL-2750b from DLINK. This modem is configured also as wifi access point.
I've an classroom with the access point DAP-2310 with same SSID and security as the modem but not the same channel.

30 computers (same model and configuration) are connected together to this access point time to time and all works.
But the teacher computer (same model and configuration also), cannot have internet ! The connection is "limited", if i design an ip, it's the same : the computer is successfully connected to the access point but cannot go on the internet (time out error).
The security code is good.

I lose my mind on this problem !  ???

In the log of the access-point, we could read this in few seconds interval :
[Wireless] Received Deauth:STA xx:xx:xx:xx:xx (reason 3)
[Wireless]4-way handshake success:STA xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
[Wireless]Association Success:STA xx:xx:xx:xx:xx

xx:xx:xx:xx:xx is the mac address of the computer but the  "Received Deauth:STA" also appear time to time from other computer

Any ideas to resolve the "bug" ? In an other place with wifi, the computer work fine (so it's not the adaptater).

• What Hardware version is your DAP? Look at sticker under DAP.

Wireless Configurations

• What wireless modes are you using?
• 2.4Ghz Routers only: Try single mode G or N or mixed G and N?
• Channel Width set for Auto 20/40Mhz or try 20Mhz only.
• Try setting a manual Channel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wireless_channel) to a open or unused channel. 1, 6 or 11. 11 for single mode N if the channel is clear.
• What security mode are you using? Preferred security is WPA-Personal. WPA2/AES Only. Some WiFi adapters don't support AES (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Encryption_Standard), so you might want to try TPIK (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temporal_Key_Integrity_Protocol) only or Auto TPIK and AES.
• What wireless devices do you have connected?
• Any cordless house phones?
• Any other WiFi routers in the area? Link> Use InSSIDer (http://www.metageek.net/) to find out. How many?
• If you have any of these options, Try turning OFF or ON Short GI (http://www.smallnetbuilder.com/wireless/wireless-features/30969-what-do-80211ns-optional-features-mean-for-you), WLAN Partition, HT 20/40 Co-exhistance and Extra Wireless Protection if you have it. Recommended settings are default. Under Advanced/Advanced Wireless.
• Enable WMM Enable (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=50738.0) Under Advanced/Advanced Wireless.

Ensure the PCs wireless adapters drivers are up to date if it uses drivers.

Thanks,

The firmware is 1.15.
The wifi is b and g and the security is WPA2/WPA auto
I've tried the channel 11 and 9

Only one computer cannot access to internet and it's the same model than the other !

I'll try others tips the next week.

Run a quick test with security OFF and see if this one PC will connect. Then turn on security. Try WPA and Auto TPIK/AES.

Hello,

So i made severals tests and even on an other wifi network (without the Dlink device) i've the same problem.
I restored the computer and now it's worked.
