Problem Type: User password can not be larger than 16 digits

Problem Description:
When setting user password, the password can entered can not be longer then 16 digits
Function Tested:
Entering password with more then 16 digits will be stopped after that the 16th digit has been entered.
Test Procedure (steps to reproduce):
ADVANCED -> USERS/GROUPS
USER AND GROUP CREATION / Modifying existing user
Entering password longer than 16 digits is not possible.
