Hello,
i have an issue with my active directory users. I have successfully connected my NAS to windows 2008 r2 server and its active directory.
Users are there, and users can access shares without problems inside the network.
I wanted to provide file access outside the local network via built-in web UI.
Everything works when i aceess with admin account, however AD users cannot access as "others".
Can someone help?
Thanks

you have the make the account local take the box of the domain make the user and password then add it back.

Thanks for your response, however i can always use the admin account for access, but also would like to preserve permissions, accounts and passwords from AD which are regurarly synchronised with NAS.
Is there a way to use the active directory accounts, or this option was never intended for AD users?

Can anyone give me a hint here.
If web UI was not meant to work with Active Directory users, it would be nice to know, and be officially notified by D-link.

It is interesting that ftp server is working just fine with domain user credentials...
