Title: Changed Email

Hi,
I have a dlink account that has my cameras, however they're under an email that I no longer have access too, and I can't remember the password I used.
I've been trying to search for how to reset the email, but you have to log in first, which I can't do.
any help????

Do a reset on the cameras and create a new account. This would probably be the best way to do it for security reasons. i.e. the cameras and old email are for a job you left, you shouldn't be able to still access them.

Not trying to point fingers, just pointing out a security reason why they should not be able to help you with that. But hey, I do not work for dlink, what do I know...
