My 868L practically set itself up and all of my devices are connected and functioning. The problem is my only network connection option was the 2.4 GHz network. I know my devices are dual-band, but the 5 GHz network did not appear on the list of available connections. During set-up I left both networks checked. Do I have to disable the 2.4 network in order to get the 5 to appear on my available wi-fi network list or am I missing something else?

- Ensure the default (dlink) SSID name is changed. Can be anything and not something thats already in use by any neighboring WiFi routers. Under Setup/Wireless/Manual.
- What wireless modes are you using?
- 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz routers: Try single mode G or N or mixed G and N on 2.4Ghz and single mode N on 5Ghz?
- Channel Width set for Auto 20/40/80Mhz or try 20Mhz only.
- What security mode are you using? Preferred security is WPA-Personal. WPA2/AES Only. Some WiFi adapters don't support AES (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Encryption_Standard), so you might want to try TPIK (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temporal_Key_Integrity_Protocol) only or Auto TPIK and AES.
- What wireless devices do you have connected? Ensure they are fully supporting of 5Ghz WiFi. Not all devices are. Please refer to the devices Mfr support information to confirm.

Hardware version A1. Firmware 1.04.
Default SSID names changed. Two different names for 2.4 and 5 GHz. Is that a problem?
Mixed modes on 2.4 and switched to N only for 5 GHz with no luck.
Security WPA-personal for both.
According to the user manual my Vizio M3D65 1 SV television does indeed support dual-band.
Channels for both bandwidths are set to auto-scan.

As I mentioned in my last post the hardware version is A1 and the firmware is 1.04. I updated the firmware through the software, but I wasn't getting 5 GHz on my TV before.
I am in the eastern U.S.
I have not done a factory reset. I don't know how.

Any other 5Ghz supporting devices you can test with there?
Lets do a factory reset and set up the router from scratch...

No other devices at the moment. I've ordered a Google Nexus 5 phone, which supports AC 1750 as well, but of course I won't have that for several weeks.
Is there pinhole for a factory reset?

Either from the routers web page under Advanced/System or bottom of the router case is a reset button.
