I just upgraded my DNS-320L (hardware version A2) to the new v1.03b04 firmware from the original v1.0 firmware and am now unable to login to the web interface. I can still access my files though by opening smb://192.168.0.2/Volume_1.
Does anyone have any ideas that may help me log back in to the web interface?

I can also access the files on the nas by using the mydlink access app for android and by going to mydlink.com.
It seems the only thing I can't is log in to the web admin panel. Every time I try to log in it just says "You entered an incorrect login name or password. Please try again."
I have tried my set password before I upgraded the firmware, leaving it blank as this was the default when I bought it, admin, dlink, password, 123456. None of these work.

I experienced the same problem with 1.02 FW. However, when using another browser (Firefox instead of Chrome) or another computer the problem did not arise. Maybe it's worth a try in your case.

alzi, thanks for your reply. I had already tried logging in with various different computers (within and outside my home network), but I hadn't thought of trying a different browser. I was using Chromium, so I tried using Firefox as you suggested but unfortunately it made no difference.

I tried rebooting the NAS and logging back in to the web interface but still got the same problem while using Chromium. So I tried using Firefox again as alzi suggested and it logged in ok.
So I went back to Chromium and cleared all browsing data, then log in worked ok there too.
I'm not sure what happened, but it seems to be working ok now.
