Title: Port Forwarding Problem - Port doesnt save
Post by: DarkHunterNL on November 07, 2013, 12:04:50 PM
Hi there,

I'm DarkHunterNL (that's my minecraft username. :)) I want to set up an easy minecraft server to play with some friends. So, I've set up the server, now I have to portforward it.

Well, I know how to do that (I think :s), like this:
http://img716.imageshack.us/img716/2830/8qbm.png (http://img716.imageshack.us/img716/2830/8qbm.png)
(url for if the img doesnt work)
The IP adress is blurred by the way, but it is the ip of my router (you know, the standard gateway when you type ipconfig in cmd).

But when I click save, and I reload the page, everything is blank again. Do I have to fill in something else..? There is no Application Name called Minecraft Server or something, maybe I need that?

Can somebody help me? Thanks :)

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations

Web Browser Configurations
What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8, 9 or 10, set compatibility mode and test again.
Disable any security browser Add-ons like No Script and Ad-Block or configure them to allow All Pages when connected to the router.
Try turning off these features in Chrome:
Top right corner, little bars for options > Settings > Settings (on left) > Show advanced settings.
Uncheck these:
Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors
Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar
Predict network actions to improve page load performance
Enable phishing and malware protection
