Title: I can not update

hello,
I have the dns-320 version b.
I've downloaded the latest firmwire hoping my hard drive Weta green.

I've downloaded the firmwire and decompressed in a folder.
I look for the file inside the browser in update panel.
but to select the button to apply is in gray.

formatio file has some special?

with this version 1.01b02 run my hard drive?
