Title: PLEASE HELP

Ok, i am on my second router now with the same problem. about a month ago i bought my router and connected it and everything was great. my wife and i both have htc phones and we use our wifi quite often. about two weeks ago the orange internet light came on and ive tried everything imaginable, and it still wont let me use the connection through my phone. my phone shows that theres a network and even connects, but when i try to go on internet, nothing loads up. ive called my isp and everything is fine apparently, changed my firewall connections, did all the resets even bought a new router today, the dir-810L and still the same thing.   what am i missing?

We just tried doing this on my landlord iPhone but it kept kicking us out and signing out losing settings so we goona have to call dlink why it doing that. But we put enable QoS and put uplink to 1 mb that's about what ours is but it kept saying it should be 8 mb or something. Then we put in local ip my ps4 ip address in to and from. And that's about as far we could get kept kicking us out. Is that part right. Those Xbox setting you linked can I just copy those numbers except for my ip address. What about ports and stuff this is very confusing lol. If I gave all info for my ps4 any way you could post what I put in each box.
