I recently purchased a DSL-2750E for use with 3BB ADSL service in Thailand. For some reason it connects some 1 Mbps slower than my old router - Trendnet TEW-658BRM. My service is meant to be 15 Mbps - with the Trendnet I connect at 13439 Kbps..
The D-Link is pre-configured for 3BB (from the list of providers) in Thailand so settings should not be an issue. Any ideas or do I have to bin the D-Link if I want to go back to the faster connection?

Make sure the ISP phone lines are in good working condition and filtered correctly and the signal going to the DSL modem is to spec. Call the ISP and have them check this physically.
Phone contact your regional D-Link support office to inquired about any DSL modem configurations and adjustments.
