There's lots of settings to use in the forums here. Ones that have been tried, and are standard for best performance. Look around, and use search.

if it were easy i would have found some
since i haven't than i'm asking for help not
just for me but for everyone who

You can try 2.4GHz
Auto 20/40MHz
Auto Channel… but the best tend to be 1, 6, or 11
You can leave the rest at their default settings.

thank you
what about the advanced wireless settings?
-
You can keep them at the factory default settings. If you have problems with wireless performance, then you may have to change some.

i could have said the exact same thing
but my question again is did anyone
try to change the advanced settings? for better performance
even a child can say try to change
i am asking did anyone change?
is there a way to make the web management faster?
i tried the 30 30 30 reset and it still gets stuck

I have a MacBook Pro so I chose 5 GHZ only to avoid interference from my neighbors. I do have other devices that require 2.4 GHZ, so I also have a 2.4GHZ Access Point connected to my LAN.
Adjusting other settings would depend on very specific needs. Number one would be to pull your Router away from the wall and fluorescent lights, and place the antennas according to the instructions. Then rotate the router until you get the best reception.
Each on of the Advanced settings have a very specific purpose, so you do need to understand each one of them to make changes. And this changes depend on your configuration and environment.
Regarding other settings, I would suggest you disable uPNP as it's flawed and causes problems (read other posts about it).

Well then I’m sure you can understand it would be hard to help someone with a problem they have if that person does not state what it is.
You didn’t even give what your current setup is.
Many can tell you their settings for what they use for the router, but in the end unless you have a similar environment layout your performance can/may differ. Simple placement of the router and the devices connecting to it can have a huge impact on performance.
