But the  DCS-940L has no problem

From your screenshot I see you are viewing the live mydlink demo hosted by D-Link, not your own camera.  I passed this information back to D-Link for investigation. I personally logged onto the same camera this morning and did not see the scrambled image that you posted.  There have been a couple of prior reports if intermittent image artifacts using mydlink -- this actually happened to me using another camera model some time back.   ???  :-\  ???
