Title: Strange problem
Post by: hohjoj on December 09, 2013, 07:52:15 AM
Hello. I decided to change my "Pre-shared Key" password(because it was way to long, the default one) so i went to Setup>Wireless Settings>Manual Wireless Network Setup>Pre-Shared Key after changing the password everything seemed normal then i went to my 3ds to test if it works so apparently it didn't so i went to test my internet connection and it was not working after that i decided to reboot device and do everything from the beginning but at the bottom of the screen, at network icon appeared exclamation mark. When i finished all the setup's the exclamation mark was still there and still my internet connection was down. I tried everything but nothing workt out. It worked 2 weeks perfectly until this password changing...

Sorry for my english.

Be sure to reconfigure any WiFi profile presets that are on the devices as well. If you change the PW on the router, passwords in saved profiles will need to be changed or re-setup as well.

Is DNS Relay enabled under Setup/Networking?

Router and Wired Configurations
Some things to try: - Log into the routers web page at 192.168.0.1. Use IE, Opera or FF to manage the router.

Is there a cable modem before the 615 router or a cable that connects the router from a wall outlet? The 615 is getting an private IP address, recommend a public IP address if possible.

I recommend that you contact the ISP and have them check your signal and status or phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help with this.
