Hi
I have a DNS 320L and I cannot login to it as shown on page 21 in the "DNS-320L_A1_Manual_v1.00(WW).pdf" manual using the Sharecenter setup wizard.
I have installed the latest firmware 1.03
I have reset the device twice using the reset button
I have reset the device from the browser.
I am running windows 8.0
I can see the device in the network
I can save files to it
I can select the device as on page 21 of the manual.
but the power led does NOT blink

You can enter the DNS-320L IP address in a web browser on a PC located on the same LAN as the ShareCenter. Using the administrator account, leave the Password field blank if you did not previously create an alternate password. From here you can manually change the password and go through the setup wizard afterwards.

Hi
I can access the device with a browser no problem.
This is about mydlink.
from their site:-
"To get started with mydlink cloud services, you need to have a mydlink-enabled product. Learn more about supported products here"
I downloaded the program from the mydlink storage support page "DNS-320L_Setup_Wizard_CA_v1.0.0.0_04242012" but when I run it, it cannot access the storage device.
The power led is not blinking, and continuing to the login part results in the message
"Please check if the power LED is blinking on the sharecenters front panel". It isn't blinking and I get no further

Hi
I solved this problem by installing Win 7 after which the power LED blinked as it should do and I was able to login as Admin and no password, just like it says in the manual.
This login doesn't work in Win 8.0 or 8.1 and the power LED will not blink- ever
Thanks go to pbuhr s' post from 06.12.2013 which pointed me in the right direction

do you use ie 11 on windows 8 or windows 8.1?

Hi
I tried Opera and IE 11 in Win 8.0, and both didn't work.
I backed up my Win 8 in an image and installed Win 7
Only when I used Win 7 was it possible to proceed past the login (where the power LED blinks) and set up the mydlink account.
For this I used IE,because Opera wasn't installed, but I am not sure what version it was.
I then replaced my Win 7 OS with the Win 8 image.
I hope this helps you
