I have an older wired DCS 6620 IP camera I have been using for years that recently on all computers with automatic updates stopped working correctly through the browser. I can get to the camera's browser page but no video. On some old computers that never update it still works fine. I have tried different types of browsers but same problem. The camera does run on Active X controls but nothing in settings for Internet has changed and everything is set to "prompt" still. I can't see what could be blocking the video in the browser all of a sudden. I tried turning off Windows security essentials to test, but still didn't work. Any ideas anyone?

Speaking to other D-Link products with web based functionality, in some cases OS updates (and not a particular browser update) have resulted in a loss of functionality for some legacy products. It's difficult to be more specific than this without further investigation. :-\

It's too bad as even though it's a few years old this is a fantastic camera and still works great. I am unsure if there is a new firmware for it as I know support on it is discontinued. I have tried everything to try to figure this out.

You didn't specify which firmware version is installed in your DCS-6620, but you can find the last published firmware here: http://tsd.dlink.com.tw
