Title: Cannot locate camera, help!

So I plugged in both the camera and my mac book via lan cable into the router. Install wizard still cannot locate the camera. I had a professional Network IT guy over for xmas dinner and although he detected the camera manually, he said he could not input the IP address manually with dlink software. Not an option.

Any tips? I will return this asap if not.
