Title: Night vision camera is not working

Hi,

I just bought the DCS932L camera. done setup and it was working fine. Now i left the Day/night mode to Auto. When theres no light the camera starts the night vision mode with the IR light glow for about 2 seconds or less and i could see in the dark, then it goes off. I tried setting only night mode, same problem occurs.Moreover there is sound clicking randomly producing with ir glowing for about 1 or 2 secs.
Please help

If the camera is set to "Always Night Mode", then the IR illuminators (red LEDs) should be on 100% of the time and the camera should only display in black and white. If the image is only displaying night vision for 1-2 seconds, then I suspect there is something wrong with the camera.

If this is a new camera, I recommend returning the unit for a refund or replacement. Did you purchase this camera as new or pre-owned/used?

Thanks for you reply. I suspected the same thing. Its a new camera and i think i will return it sooner.
