Model: DIR-860L (AC1200)
Hardware: A1
Firmware: 1.05
ISP: Cox Communications
Modem: Motorola Surfboard
I work out of a home office, and need to be able to access my companies sharepoint site on a regular basis. Connections are established via VPN, however every time I attempt to access the sharepoint site I.E. gives me a "This page cannot be displayed"
To rule out my work laptop, I took it to a coworkers house and had no problems accessing the site. Since he and I use the same ISP I didn't think it was the issue, but to test I disconnected the 860L and connected an old Linksys WRT54GS I had laying around. At that point I was able to access the sharepoint site. This tells me the problem is with the 860L. I've turned off pretty much everything under firewall, and have no network routes or other ACL's setup or configured so the router is pretty much default at this point, but still I cannot access share point. The VPN connects fine, and I am able to access various other company shares and sites.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any Virtual Server rules set up? Might need to set that up.
Is SPI enabled or disabled?
IF you have this setting, set NAT Endpoint to Independent.
There should be ALG application settings under Firewall...4 of them? I believe they all should be enabled.
Are you wired or wireless to the router?
What model is the ISP modem?

FurryNutz thanks for the reply. I believe I fixed it, I had DNS relay set to on. I just turned it off and I can now connect. I do have SPI enabled, and have played with enabling and disabling the ALG's previously, though since I believe they are supposed to help with performance I may turn them back on and test again.
Again my thanks for your reply

Awesome, I forgot about that. Some info:

Enjoy.
