I need help to get access to the map in my macbook pro
I had installed DNS 320 LW in my macbook pro. There were no problems with the installation. But when I want go to the map where Volume_1 lies, Mavericks says that they can't find the map.
So I can't upload files to DNS 320LW, although I have tried solve the problem.
I hope that you can help me to get access to the volume_1.

Press Command+K to open the Connect to Server dialog box. In the Server Address field, enter smb://[DNS-320_IP_ADDRESS/Volume_1, where the DNS-320_IP_ADDRESS is a string similar to 192.168.1.5. If you don't know the DNS-320 IP address, you can log into your router web UI and lookup the IP address on the connected devices table.

JavaLawyer, I have tried to follow your instructions, but I keep getting a box telling
"There was a problem connecting to the server "[DNS 320_192.168.0.18".
The server may not exist or is not available right now. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection and try again."
Hence, I tried with other words, like my NAS is 320LW, but there are no difference. :(
I have also switch the NAS and network off - no change.
Any suggest?

"There was a problem connecting to the server "[DNS 320_192.168.0.18".
Sorry if I wasn't clear, but you should have replaced "[DNS-320_IP_ADDRESS]", with 192.168.0.18
Enter this entire string into the Server Address field: smb://192.168.0.18/Volume_1
BTW is this issue regarding a DNS-320LW or DNS-320? If this is a DNS-320LW, I'll move the thread to the DNS-320L board.

Oh now I understand! Sorry, but I'm no expert in this :)
I copied "smb://192.168.0.18/Volume_1", but I did get a box telling: "There was a problem connecting to the server. Contact your system administrator for more information." That seems the NAS and the mac is not working together?
It is 320LW. I couldn't find a topic titled 320LW, so I chose this topic.. You are welcome to move the thread to DNS-320L.
